Lemon Honey Garlic Salmon

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 cluster of cilantro 

1 lemon

1 lime

1 orange

Organic honey

Paprika

1 filet of salmon 

*gluten, dairy, soy free*

Preheat oven to 400. Line a pan with tin foil. Mix the garlic, cilantro, lemon juice and lime juice in a bowl with a pinch or two of paprika. Cut the salmon filet into individual sized pieces and line the bottom of the tray with your salmon. I prefer wild caught salmon. Spoon the garlic cilantro mix onto the salmon filets and top off with a pinch of salt and pepper. Lay thinly sliced orange slices on top of the salmon and drizzle your honey over the top of everything. Wrap up the foil and bake for 20 minutes or until done.
